I just found a limited sleeper cache in a .8 HS System. does this happen often? I cant even scan it down with a Stratios + Sisters Probelauncher and above average skills... Does this happen alot in HS?

I didnt mean the crew idea to be forced on all ships , just so you would have an advantage over someone whos piloting alone. Or maybe even an own ship class that the only one able to take additional crew.
